MTS started like many other companies during Covid, where good working people were laid off and decided to build their own business. I spent 3.5 years building a contract based enterprise I.T. company from scratch with a partner, then spent 6 years after that working for a DoD contractor. Covid kept business low, and inflation meant I needed another full time role as a server and infrastructure engineer, but we are now finally expanding! I noticed three things in 15+ years of professional I.T. employment.
1. Years don't mean anything but stagnation.

 2. Companies will nickel and dime you for a profit.

3. Good experienced people are often overlooked for various nonsensical matters. 

Those three things are what drive us to be a better company in Corporate America. I am employing people under me I know are fit for the role and eager to learn bigger and better that otherwise wouldn't get the running chance they deserve. We are all hobbyists and dedicated to the work we do whether it's deploying a game server or fixing a customer's computer. We want a customer satisfaction where they are ok with calling rather than putting a repair aside with grunts of disgust. We also don't want people to feel ripped off with upsold services and ridiculous subscriptions that are unnecessary. That's it, plain and simple.
