Those three things are what drive us to be a better company in Corporate America. I am employing people under me I know are fit for the role and eager to learn bigger and better that otherwise wouldn't get the running chance they deserve. We are all hobbyists and dedicated to the work we do whether it's deploying a game server or fixing a customer's computer. We want a customer satisfaction where they are ok with calling rather than putting a repair aside with grunts of disgust. We also don't want people to feel ripped off with upsold services and ridiculous subscriptions that are unnecessary. That's it, plain and simple.
